Did We Really Land on the Moon?

Written by: Davina

We are familiar with the famous Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin. We have heard a countless amount of times the quote: ‘that’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind’. We have all the resources needed to make such things possible, but what if the moon landing never happened?

One thing we remember about the moon landing was that Neil Armstrong stuck the American flag into the ground of the moon and it is still there to this day. This whole event was broadcasted live. Controversially, conspiracy theorists noticed that the flag was waving, as if there was a strong wind blowing the fabric. Now, this doesn’t sound surprising or odd, except for the fact that there is no air in the atmosphere of the moon, thus making the flag wave impossible.

It was instead believed that the whole moon landing was filmed here on earth with special effects and props. The evidence that proves this is the ‘C’ rock. In one of the photographs taken on the moon, a rock can be seen with a capital ‘C’ engraved on it. Since the lines ar93fd4f901bea3e00c4f7618d616cfc01.jpge too smooth and neat to be created naturally, this is considered as proof that the rock was a prop that was misplaced by the set designer. NASA has tried to cover it up by saying it was done by one of the photographic developers as a joke, and that it could have been a strand of hair that stuck somewhere during the developing process.

Further evidence points to photographs and videos after the lunar module landed: the legs of the module left close to no impact on the ground. The moon is said to have a powder-like dust on its surface. Since the module is incredibly heavy and weighs 17 tons, it would have been expected to have have left a sort of crater in the ground, but the pictures simply displayed the module on the flat ground with barely any impact, almost like it was just placed there.

These are just some of the interesting theories people made up related to proving why the moon landing was merely a hoax. It is up to you to believe what you want. Though there are many other theories out there, these are just some of the few that seem to be more obvious than the rest.

So what do you think? Do you think that the moon landing was all filmed and was just a hoax, or do you believe that mankind has really set foot on the moon? Tell us in the comments below.
